CONTEST AIM:
The purpose of the contest is for fun - and of course, to make all of us know more music from all over the globe.
ABOUT THE COUNTRY:
You may represent any country if you want, but the recommendation is that you represent your own country, or other origin country of you; don't forget - you know the music of your country more than people which are not from your country.
You may not represent a country that already chosen before by another member, unless the member withdrew from participation, or didn't vote in previous edition. However, if a member can't enter an edition for any reason, and would like to keep his\her reservation for a country, he\she must inform the managers, in order to keep the country reserved!
ABOUT THE SONG:
The song you submit - must be from the country you represent, and may be in any length, any language, and any version (different language, remix).
Andorra can borrow from Spain;
Greenland can borrow from Denmark;
Monaco can borrow from France;
San Marino can borrow from Italy;
Liechtenstein can borrow from Germany;
Luxembourg can borrow from Belgium;
Cyprus can borrow from Greece;
North Korea can Borrow from South Korea;
Vatican City can borrow from Italy.
To send a song, you need to tell us the song name, performer and send a YouTube link.
WE NEED 11 SONGS MINIMUM TO START A COMPETITION. PLEASE, SEND YOUR SONG ON TIME.
ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Artists from other countries, which have represented a specific country in an international music festival (e.g. Eurovision Song Contest, Sopot International Song Festival), or have a direct links to that country (e.g. two parents), are allowed to represent that country. Artist may represent only one country within an edition.
It's also allowed artists who are living in a country which is not his own country but however having a professional carreer in that country.
ABOUT THE VOTES:
The voting is like in Eurovision - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12.
How to send your votes? Filling the Voting form using the link sent always in CMS Welcoming mail (sent in all competitions beginning)
You must send your votes no longer after the deadline set by the managers. if you don't vote in time - 100% of your points will be deducted.
ABOUT SEMI-FINALS:
*One single Final will be applied when there are no more than 26 participants.
*One Semi-Final system will be applied when there are 27 to 34 participants; when one Semi-Final System takes place, the Top 15 from the semi-final, advance to the final. The Top 5 from the previous edition and 3 white cards (countries not qualified to the final from previous semi-final, randomly selected) are directly qualified to the final.
*Two Semi-Finals system will be applied when there are 35 to 49 participants; when two Semi-Finals System takes place, the Top 12 from every semi-final group, advance to the final. Only the previous edition winner and 1 white card (country not qualified to the final from previous semi-final, randomly selected) are directly qualified to the final.
*Three Semi-Finals system will be applied when there are more than 50 participants; when three Semi-Finals System takes place, the Top 7 from every semi-final group, advance to the final. Only the previous edition winner and 1 white card (country not qualified to the final from previous semi-final, randomly selected) are directly qualified to the final.
*When two/three Semi-finals system takes place, votes must be sent only for the semi-final group, in which you participate in.
*When two/three Semi-finals system takes place, the Winner of the previous edition, the other countries on TOP and the random countries directly qualified to the final must vote in one semi-final (decided by draw).
*Semi-Final(s) eliminated countries, are allowed to vote in the final.
*No vote in time leads to deduction of all the points received, and disqualification from the final.
ABOUT THE WINNER:
If you're the winner of one certain edition, you're going to host next edition. You must send to us 6 to 9 photos of the city where will happen next edition, 2 to 3 photos about the host, one photo about the venue and one YouTube link with a song (of the host country) who will open the competition (that song can't participate in the competition).
Don't forget - you vote for a song - not for a member.
DeadLine Sistem
A DeadLine sistem will be applied from 2nd edition:
If there are semi-finals
- Till 30th of each month - deadline to send your next entry;
- From 3rd to 5th of each month - starts the Semi-finals competition;
- From 5th to 14th of each month - DeadLine to send your Semi-final voting;
- 15th of each month - Semi-finals Results Cerimony;
- 16th of each month - Starts Final competition;
- From 16th to 29th of each month - DeadLine to send your final voting.
- 30th of each month - Final Results Cerimony.
Without Semi-finals
- Till 30th of each month - deadline to send your next entry;
- From 3rd and 5th of each month - starts the competition;
- Between 5th and 20th of each month - DeadLine to send your Votes;
- 30th of each month - Final Results Cerimony.

OBJETIVO DEL CONCURSO:
La finalidad del concurso es para la diversión - y, por supuesto , hacer que todos nosotros sabemos más música de todas partes del mundo.
PAÍS:
Puedes representar a cualquier país que quieras, pero te recomendamos que te presentes con tu propio país, o con otro país de tu origen ; no olvides - conoces la música de tu país mejor que nadie.

CANCIÓN :
Se permiten canciones que ya hayan representado a un país específico en un festival de música internacional (por ejemplo, Eurovisión , Festival Internacional de la Canción de Sopot).
La canción enviada debe ser del país que representas, y puede tener cualquier duración, cualquier idioma y cualquier versión ( idioma diferente, un remix).
Andorra puede pedir prestado a España ;
Groenlandia puede pedir prestado a Dinamarca;
Mónaco puede pedir prestado a Francia ;
San Marino se puede tomar prestado de Italia ;
Liechtenstein puede pedir prestado a Alemania ;
Luxemburgo puede pedir prestado a Bélgica.
Para enviar una canción, es necesario que nos digas el nombre de la canción , artista y enviar un archivo Mp3 y el link de YouTube
ARTISTA :
Los artistas de otros países , que han representado a un país específico en un festival de música internacional (por ejemplo, Eurovisión , Festival Internacional de la Canción de Sopot ) , o que tienen una conexión directa con ese país ( por ejemplo, dos padres ) , se les permite representar a ese país . El Artista sólo podrá representar a un país dentro de una edición.
También se permite a los artistas que están viviendo en un país que no es su propio país , pero sin embargo tienen una carrera profesional en ese país.
VOTACIONES :
La votación es como en Eurovisión - 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 10 , 12 .
¿Cómo enviar tus votos? Rellena el formulario de votación que se te enviará siempre por correo.
Debes enviar tus votos hasta la fecha límite fijada por los gerentes . Si no votas a tiempo serás descalificado.
SEMIFINALES :
* Habrá Una sola final si hay hasta 26 participantes.
* Habrá una Semi -Final cuando haya de 27 a 34 participantes. El Top 5 de la edición anterior junto con 3 cartas blancas (países no calificados para la final en la edición anterior , seleccionados al azar ) y el Top 15 de la semifinal se clasificará para la final.
* Habrá dos Semifinales cuando haya de 35 a 49 participantes. El Top 12 de cada semifinal, el ganador de la anterior edición y 1 carta blanca de cada semifinal ( país no clasificado para la final en la anterior edición , seleccionados al azar ) estarán directamente clasificados para la final.
* Habrá tres Semifinales cuando haya más de 50 participantes. El Top 7 de cada semifinal, el ganador de la anterior edición y 1 carta blanca de cada semifinal ( país no clasificado para la final en la anterior edición , seleccionados al azar ) estarán directamente clasificados para la final.
* Cuando dos / tres semifinales se llevan a cabo , deberás votar sólo en la semifinal donde participasl.
* Cuando dos / tres semifinales se lleva a cabo , el ganador de la edición anterior , y los países al azar directamente calificados para la final debe votar en una sóla semifinal (decidido por sorteo ) .
* Los semifinalistas no clasificados para la final pueden votar en la final voluntariamente si así lo desean.
* Si no votas a tiempo serás descalificado.
Acerca del ganador :
Si eres el ganador de una determinada edición debes organizar la próxima edición. Sólo basta con enviarnos de 6-9 fotos de la ciudad donde hayas decidido realizar la próxima edición, de 2 a 3 fotos de los presentadores, una foto sobre el lugar de celebración y un enlace de YouTube con una canción ( del país de acogida ) que abrirá la competición ( esa canción no puede participar en la competición) .
No te olvides que votas por una canción, no por un miembro.
DeadLine Sistem
Un sistema DeadLine se aplicará a partir de la 2 ª edición :
Si hay semifinales
- Hasta el 30 de cada mes - fecha límite para enviar tu próxima canción ;
Ex : Debes enviar tu canción para mayo hasta el 30 de abril.
- Del 3 al 5 de cada mes - se inicia la competición, Semifinales ;
- Del 5 al 14 de cada mes - fecha límite para enviar tus votos para la semi - final;
- 15 de cada mes - Resultados de las Semifinales ;
- 16 de cada mes - Se Inicia la Final;
- Del 16 al 29 de cada mes - fecha límite para enviar tu votación para la final.
- 30 de cada mes - Resultados definitivos de la Final .
Sin Semifinales
- Hasta 30 de cada mes - fecha límite para enviar tu próxima canción ;
Ex : . Debes enviar tu canción para mayo hasta el 30 de abril.
- Del 3 al 5 de cada mes - inicia la competición;
- Entre el 5 y 20 de cada mes - fecha límite para enviar sus votos ;
- 30 de cada mes - Resultados de la Final .
